Having spent years lovingly restoring and enhancing our rooms, we now offer 14 individually designed and furnished rooms to meet every travellers needs from a small snug bolt hole for one or two, or a spacious 4 bedroom apartment for a group of family or friends. Each room has quality linens and towels, flat screen televisions with Freeview and access to communal tea and coffee machines offering hot beverages made with quality fresh ground beans in every cup.
Our family rooms that can accommodate children have full size single beds.
Our 4 bedroom second floor penthouse apartment makes a great base for an extended family, group of friends or a party of golfers.

SEA VIEW single
Snug sea view single rooms for overnight stays. These snug single rooms may be small, but they’re just the ticket for an overnight stay for the solo traveller, thanks to fine-quality linens, a flatscreen TV and an ensuite shower. There’s also free WiFi access to complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries.
If you do require more space, please choose one of our economy doubles or standard doubles.
STANDARD single

Ideal for one night to get cosy in or for single occupancy. double bed and ensuite shower. This Smaller room has just enough space for a getaway for two. Each room is uniquely styled with a comfy double bed, TV, ensuite power shower.
During the refurbishments we found a hand painted Victorian fireplace which adds to the character of the room. There’s also free WiFi, access to complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries. If you require more space, please book one of our Standard Double rooms or Deluxe Double or King rooms
PETITE Double

KING Room
A light and bright room benefitting from double aspect windows. Iconic headboard embracing The Moray Firths colourful pallete. This room has zip and link beds to make either a luxurious super king sized bed or a spacious twin room.
This room also has a large flatscreen TV and an ensuite shower. There’s also free WiFi, access to complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries.
DELUXE DOUBLE SEAVIEW
A dramatic room with eye watering views. It is a spacious, elegant room with a Jacuzzi bath, and beautiful hand carved king-size four-poster bed.
Dressed in rich velvets and opulent finishing touches, it is one of the finest rooms in The Invernairne. Soak up views of the Moray Firth, cosy up in the king-sized bed.
There’s also free WiFi, a smart TV, a luxurious en-suite shower and toiletries.
King STUDIO
A charming studio flat with it’s own private access at basement level of the house. All the Invernairne’s amenities are still available to you, including an incredible cooked breakfast and access to the baronial lounge bar.
It comes with a super king size bed or two single beds, fully fitted kitchen, en suite shower and all the mod cons needed to ensure a wonderful break.
Please note there are a set of external step to access the studio flat.
junior suite
Set on the ground floor, this extremely spacious room has a wonderful four poster bed, sofa and easy chairs for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sea views. The large bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Added extras include your own coffee maker and little touches of luxury.
There’s also free WiFi, a smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso coffee maker, complimentary water and toiletries.
STANDARD TRIPLE
This ground floor contemporary room has a king bed and a single bed. Beautiful designed with a long head board connecting the beds.
This has a walk in wet room shower and raised toilet which is especially helpful for older travellers or those with mobility issues and is suitable for wheelchair users.
There’s also free WiFi, tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries.
DELUXE FAMILY ROOM
We have 3 very different family suites each with their own dramatic character.
The deluxe family room has a large four poster bed with separate single bed and large shower room. Suitable either for a couple for a romantic break, or a family. They are opulent in interior design and embrace a great family holiday.
There’s also free WiFi, access to tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries.
Family Sea-View
This suite is arguably the best family room in Scotland. Beautifully designed to ensure an incredible family holiday or it can be a large suite for a couple. The room has a four poster bed with an interconnecting twin. This means you can have absolute privacy. Both rooms have panoramic sea-views.
This suite has a large bath with waterfall shower over-head. There’s also free Wifi, access to complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries.
family king room sea view
A spacious contemporary family room with stunning sea views over the Moray Firth.
A super king size double bed which can also be converted into two single beds, with an adjoining room offering a single bed. A Jack and Jill bathroom offer access from either bedroom.
All our single beds are adult sized so for larger parties, please get in touch to discuss the options.

PENTHOUSE APARTMENT
This is an incredible top floor loft space recently converted into a spacious family/friends suite. All the rooms have stunning sea views with a dramatic open plan family lounge private dining room and kitchenette.
There are 2 bathrooms and with bath and shower and 2 separate toilets.
There are 4 large sea-view bedrooms. The beds are zip and link so can either be super kingsize (x 3) or twins and one fixed twin room.
The penthouse can sleep up to 8 guests. Cots are available if requested. Bookings are based on two people sharing a double/twin room. and priced per room.
A great space for a group of friends or family, but equally lends itself to a party of golfers enjoying the wonderful courses the area has to offer.
